1. Operator

tradeanalyzer.io is operated by Christian von Massow, trading as Christian von Massow’s SaaS Tools, Eschersheimer Landstraße 42, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (“we”, “us”, “the operator”). By using tradeanalyzer.io you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

tradeanalyzer.io is an automated trading signal service that connects to live market data feeds and applies algorithmic technical analysis to generate trade direction signals, stop loss levels, and risk assessments for Gold (XAU/USD) and Brent Oil (XBR/USD). Market data is fetched in real time from third-party data providers. No user-uploaded content is required or processed.

tradeanalyzer.io does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance. Nothing produced by this service should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to tradeanalyzer.io requires a paid subscription. Two plans are available:

• Monthly plan: billed monthly, cancel at any time.
• Yearly plan: billed annually in a single payment at a discounted rate.

Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. Current pricing is displayed on the main page and may be updated at any time for new subscriptions; existing subscriptions are not retroactively repriced within their billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal accessible from within the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

4. User Obligations

By using tradeanalyzer.io you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially reproduce the signal output.
• Not share your account access or session credentials with third parties.
• Not use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its infrastructure.
• Not rely on the signal output as a substitute for professional financial advice.

5. No Financial Advice

The signals and analysis produced by tradeanalyzer.io are generated algorithmically from live market data. They are not produced by a licensed financial advisor, investment manager, or regulated financial services provider. The operator is not authorised or regulated by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) or any other financial regulatory body.

You acknowledge that all trading and investment decisions you make are your own responsibility. The operator accepts no liability for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damage arising from the use of or reliance on any signal produced by tradeanalyzer.io.

6. Signal Limitations

Signals are generated by applying algorithmic technical analysis to live market data. The algorithm may produce signals that are incorrect, poorly timed, or unsuitable for your specific trading conditions. Market data feeds may be delayed, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable. You must exercise your own independent judgement before acting on any signal.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on tradeanalyzer.io — including but not limited to the design, interface, signal methodology, and system logic — is the property of the operator and protected under applicable intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce or commercialise any part of the service or its outputs without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator’s liability for any claim arising from the use of tradeanalyzer.io is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim. The operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under German law.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of tradeanalyzer.io or the underlying market data feeds. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party data outages, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of tradeanalyzer.io after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, to the extent legally permissible, is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
